The SuperFOIL SF40BB Breathable Multifoil Insulation – 1.5m x 10m (180m², 12 Packs) is a high-performance breathable multi-foil insulation system designed for roofing, walls, and flooring applications. Offering enhanced performance compared to SF19BB, this advanced insulation combines layers of perforated aluminium-coated reflective foil PET, thin loft quilt, reflective foil, and a reflective-coated breather membrane to provide excellent thermal efficiency while managing moisture movement within the building structure.
SuperFOIL SF40BB features a 3-in-1 design that functions as foil insulation, a breather membrane, and a radiant barrier in one product. With a core R-value of 2.92, it achieves an R-value of 3.67 in roofs and 3.98 in walls, making it ideal for new builds, extensions, retrofits, and conversion projects where high thermal performance and space efficiency are required.
Supplied in a 12-pack bundle, SuperFOIL SF40BB is lightweight, flexible, and easy to install using basic tools. It removes the need for an additional breather membrane in many applications and is manufactured using up to 40% recycled materials, making it a sustainable insulation choice that is fully recyclable after its 50+ year lifespan.
