Delivery Problems In case of incorrect, missing, or damaged items in your delivery, please complete our Order Issues form and we will promptly address the issue.

Cancelling Orders You may cancel your order prior to processing by simply informing us. No justification or penalties required.

However, if you cancel your entire order after more than 3 hours of placement, a £25+VAT administrative fee will apply.

Returning Products & Receiving Refunds If you would like to return any items purchased from, please follow these steps:

Notify us of your intention to return the items. Inform us within 14 days of receiving the items. To initiate the return process, fill out and submit the Refunds form.

We can arrange for the items to be collected from the same delivery location. Please note there will be associated charges, including a minimum £75+VAT courier fee and a minimum 25% restocking fee. If a collection date is agreed upon and not met, additional courier fees will apply. Any damages or deviations from the original condition and packaging may result in additional charges.

Some products, such as Kingspan ranges, insulations, Tyvek, etc., are considered special orders and are non-refundable. The only exception is EPS100 core sizes (25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm).

Once the items are received back, we will process the refund as long as there are no deductions. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be processed.
