Polyisocyanurate – also known as PIR – insulation boards are used for full fill cavity wall applications. The boards offer maximum thermal performance (0.021 W/m.K) with their engineered tongue and groove joint profile, features which also provide protection from wind-driven rain. PIR boards can be installed with up to a 10mm residual cavity or as a full fill solution with little to no residual cavity.
