The Kingspan Thermawall TW50 Cavity Wall Insulation Board is a high-performance PIR insulation solution designed for partial fill cavity wall applications. Manufactured with a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) core and low-emissivity composite foil facings bonded to both sides, it delivers outstanding thermal efficiency while helping to reduce heat loss through external walls.

Designed to maintain a clear residual cavity, the TW50 board helps resist moisture penetration while enhancing the thermal resistance of the wall construction. Suitable for residential and commercial projects, it is easy to cut, handle, and install, making it an ideal choice for both new-build and refurbishment applications. When used with a 50mm residual cavity, it meets NHBC technical requirements.
