The Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 Flat Roof Insulation Board is a high-performance PIR insulation solution designed for a wide range of flat roofing applications. Featuring a rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) core with durable glass tissue facings on both sides, it delivers excellent thermal performance while remaining lightweight and easy to handle during installation.

Suitable for both new-build and refurbishment projects, the TR27 board is compatible with most flat roof waterproofing systems, including fully bonded and mechanically fixed single-ply membranes, built-up felt, bitumen-based systems, mastic asphalt, cold liquid applied waterproofing, and many green roof constructions. Its resistance to water vapour passage helps maintain long-term insulation performance and roof durability.
