The Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 Flat Roof Insulation Board is a high-performance PIR insulation solution designed for a wide range of flat roofing applications. Featuring a fibre-free rigid thermoset insulation core with coated glass tissue facings on both sides, it provides excellent thermal efficiency while helping to reduce heat loss and improve overall building performance.

Suitable for both new-build and refurbishment projects, the TR27 board is compatible with fully bonded single-ply non-bituminous membrane systems, most bitumen-based and mastic asphalt waterproofing systems, and many green roof applications. Its resistance to water vapour transmission and strong compressive strength make it a reliable long-term insulation solution for modern flat roof constructions.
