Kingspan Thermaroof TR24 is a premium rigid PIR insulation board designed specifically for flat roof applications waterproofed with mechanically fixed single-ply membranes and compatible torch-applied bituminous waterproofing systems.

Suitable for new-build, refurbishment, and extension projects, it provides excellent thermal performance while supporting fast-track construction programmes.

Manufactured with a fibre-free polyisocyanurate (PIR) core, the board features a thermofusible polypropylene fleece facing on the upper surface and mineralised glass tissue on the lower surface for enhanced durability and performance.

Lightweight and easy to handle, cut, and install, TR24 offers long-lasting resistance to moisture, water vapour, fungi, solvents, and rodents. By reducing heat loss through the roof, it helps improve energy efficiency, lower energy bills, and create a more comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.
