The Timloc Thermo-loc FR Cavity Closer is a rigid profile extrusion that comes equipped with a 30-minute fire rating. Its fantastic durability makes it the perfect barrier against decay, while also providing efficient DPC and thermal barriers between the inner frame and the outer wall leaf. 

With the ability to allow first and second fix, this profile extrusion is ideal for all frame and sill positions. Additionally, it is suitable for both timber and masonry walls. Moreover, this cavity closer has a Global Warming Potential of zero and an Ozone Depletion Potential of zero, making it incredibly environmentally friendly.
