The Catnic Cougar Open Back Cavity Wall Standard Duty Lintel 1800mm CG150/100 is a robust structural support solution designed for cavity wall construction with cavity widths between 150mm and 165mm. Manufactured from galvanised steel and finished with a durable black powder coating, this lintel provides excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance. The proven Cougar open back profile allows continuous masonry construction on both the inner and outer leaf, ensuring efficient installation and dependable structural support.

Featuring continuous insulation, a built-in damp-proof course (DPC), and an integral plaster key, this lintel helps improve thermal efficiency while simplifying construction. Designed to support uniformly distributed masonry loads, timber floor loads, and roof loads, it is also suitable for fair-faced inner leaf masonry, making it ideal for residential and commercial building projects.
