The 81mm Unilin XO/STP XtroLiner Soffit+ PIR Insulation Board is a high-performance structural ceiling insulation solution designed to provide excellent thermal efficiency, fire protection, and durability for commercial and residential buildings. Manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam insulation , this advanced soffit board delivers reliable insulation performance for structural ceiling applications.
With a low thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/mK and an R-value of 3.55m²K/W , the XtroLiner Soffit+ provides enhanced thermal resistance while maintaining a slim board thickness. The insulation board features a durable 6mm impact-resistant building panel finish , allowing decorative finishes to be applied where required. Its foil-faced surface improves vapour resistance and supports long-term insulation performance.
Offering a Euroclass B, s1-d0 fire classification and BBA certification (No. 12/4956) , this soffit insulation board provides an effective thermal and fire performance solution for structural ceiling systems. Suitable for fixing with timber battens or directly to concrete , the 81mm XtroLiner Soffit+ is ideal for high-performance insulation projects.
