Description
The 72.5mm PL4060 PIR insulated plasterboard is a two-in-one thermal laminate comprising a 60mm rigid polyisocyanurate insulation core bonded to a 12.5mm tapered-edge gypsum plasterboard. It combines insulation and dry lining in a single board, helping to reduce installation stages, labour and the number of separate materials required on site.
Suitable for internal masonry walls, timber-frame walls, pitched roof slopes and flat roof linings, the board can be direct-bonded to suitable dry masonry or mechanically fixed to battens, studwork, rafters and joists. Its thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK and thermal resistance of 2.75m²K/W make it well suited to refurbishment and new-build projects requiring a substantial improvement in thermal performance.
