Description
The 68mm SIP Structural Insulated Sandwich Panel with PIR and 2xOSB is a high-performance construction board designed to deliver excellent thermal insulation, structural strength, and durability for a wide range of building applications. Manufactured with a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core positioned between two 9mm OSB layers , this panel provides a strong and stable solution for modern energy-efficient construction.
Featuring a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK for the PIR foam core and 0.13 W/mK for the OSB facings , the panel provides effective insulation while maintaining excellent structural performance. The foil-faced PIR core provides an integrated vapour control layer , helping reduce moisture movement and improve the long-term performance of the building structure.
Designed with a square-edge profile , the panel allows accurate installation using the butt joint technique. Suitable for roofs, walls, floors, and general construction applications , this 68mm SIP panel offers a reliable combination of insulation and structural support for professional building projects.
