The 66mm Unilin XO/STP XtroLiner Soffit+ Insulation Board is a high-performance structural ceiling insulation solution designed to deliver excellent thermal efficiency and fire performance in commercial and residential buildings. Manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam insulation , this soffit board provides outstanding insulation performance while helping improve the overall energy efficiency of structural ceiling systems.
With a low thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/mK and an R-value of 2.85m²K/W , the XtroLiner Soffit+ delivers enhanced thermal resistance within a compact thickness. The board features a durable 6mm impact-resistant building panel finish , providing a suitable surface for decorative finishes where required. The foil-faced design improves vapour resistance and contributes to the board’s high-performance insulation properties.
Offering a Euroclass B, s1-d0 fire classification and BBA certification (No. 12/4956) , this insulation board provides a reliable thermal and fire performance solution for structural ceiling applications. Suitable for installation with timber battens or direct fixing to concrete , the Unilin XO/STP XtroLiner Soffit+ is an effective choice for demanding insulation projects.
