Description
The 62.5mm PL4050 PIR insulated plasterboard is a two-in-one thermal laminate comprising a 50mm rigid polyisocyanurate insulation core bonded to a 12.5mm tapered-edge gypsum plasterboard. It combines insulation and dry lining in a single board, helping to reduce installation stages, labour requirements and the number of separate materials needed on site.
Suitable for internal walls, pitched roof slopes, room-in-roof applications and flat roof linings, the board can be direct-bonded to suitable masonry or mechanically fixed to battens, studwork, rafters and joists. With a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK and an R-value of 2.30m²K/W, it provides effective thermal performance while creating a smooth internal surface ready for jointing, skimming or decoration.
