Manufactured with a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core combined with a strong 9mm oriented strand board (OSB) facing , this panel delivers a reliable and efficient solution for energy-efficient construction projects.
With an R-value of 1.82m²K/W and low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK for the PIR core, the panel helps reduce heat transfer and improve overall building energy efficiency. The foil-faced PIR core provides an integrated vapour control layer , helping minimise moisture movement and protect the structure over time.
Featuring a square-edge profile , the panel allows accurate installation using the butt joint technique. Its robust OSB facing and high-strength PIR core make it suitable for roofs, walls, floors, and general construction applications , providing builders and contractors with a dependable high-performance OSB SIP panel manufactured by Custom made® .
