The 56mm Unilin XO/STP XtroLiner Soffit+ Insulation Board is a high-performance structural ceiling insulation solution designed to deliver excellent thermal efficiency and fire performance in both commercial and residential buildings. Manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam insulation , this advanced soffit board provides reliable insulation performance while helping improve the energy efficiency of structural ceiling applications.
Featuring a low thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/mK and an R-value of 2.35m²K/W , the XtroLiner Soffit+ provides effective thermal resistance with a slim profile. The board includes a durable 6mm impact-resistant building panel finish , allowing a decorative finish to be applied where required. Its foil-faced surface enhances insulation performance and helps provide improved vapour resistance.
With a Euroclass B, s1-d0 fire classification and BBA certification (No. 12/4956) , this insulation board offers a dependable thermal and fire performance solution for structural ceilings. Suitable for installation using timber battens or direct fixing to concrete , the Unilin XO/STP XtroLiner Soffit+ is an efficient choice for high-performance ceiling insulation systems.
