Manufactured with a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core combined with a strong 9mm oriented strand board (OSB) facing , this panel provides an efficient and reliable solution for modern energy-efficient construction projects.
With an R-value of 1.59m²K/W and low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK for the PIR core, the panel helps reduce heat loss and improve building energy efficiency. The foil-faced PIR core provides an integrated vapour control layer , helping minimise moisture movement and support long-term structural performance.
Featuring a square-edge profile , the panel allows accurate and straightforward installation using the butt joint technique. Its durable OSB surface and strong PIR core make it suitable for roofs, walls, floors, and general construction applications , providing builders and contractors with a reliable high-performance OSB SIP panel manufactured by Custom made® .
