Description
The 50mm Knauf Acoustic Insulation Roll APR – 388.8m² (24 Packs) is a high-performance acoustic insulation solution designed to reduce sound transmission through internal walls and floors. Manufactured from glass mineral wool, these insulation rolls help improve acoustic comfort by reducing noise transfer between rooms, making them ideal for residential, commercial, self-build, and conversion projects.
Knauf Acoustic Roll APR is designed for installation within partition walls and between floor joists, providing an effective sound absorption layer. The rolls are pre-cut to a 600mm width to suit common stud and joist spacings, allowing for quick and straightforward installation on-site.
This bulk pack of 24 packs is ideal for larger projects requiring extensive acoustic insulation coverage. Manufactured with a density exceeding 10kg/m³, Knauf Acoustic Roll meets the requirements for sound absorption layers in Approved Document E and has been tested to meet sound performance standards for internal timber and metal stud partitions. It also offers excellent fire performance with a Euroclass A1 reaction to fire rating.
