The 47mm Structural Insulated Sandwich Panel (SIP) with PIR and Plywood is a high-performance construction board designed to provide enhanced thermal insulation, structural stability, and long-lasting durability. Featuring a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core bonded with 6mm WBP plywood facings , this panel offers an efficient solution for modern energy-conscious construction projects.
With an excellent R-value of 1.59m²K/W and a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK , the panel delivers outstanding insulation performance, helping reduce heat loss and improve building energy efficiency. The foil-faced PIR core also provides an integrated vapour control layer , helping to limit moisture transmission and protect the building structure.
The square-edge profile allows simple and accurate installation using the butt joint technique, while the lightweight yet strong design makes it suitable for a wide range of applications including roofs, walls, floors, and general construction. Manufactured by Custom made® , this SIP panel provides a reliable combination of insulation, strength, and ease of installation.
