The 39mm Plydeck PIR with OSB Flat Roof Insulation Board is a highly durable three-in-one roofing solution designed to provide superior insulation, structural support, and a ready-to-use decking surface in a single panel. Manufactured with a high-performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core and a strong OSB reverse face , this board delivers excellent thermal performance and reliable durability for flat roof applications.
With an R-value of 1.37m²K/W and low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK , the board helps minimise heat transfer and improve the energy efficiency of roof structures. The aluminium foil face enhances insulation performance while providing vapour resistance, and the OSB backing creates a strong and stable surface suitable for decking and roofing systems.
