The 25mm Celotex TB4025 PIR Insulation Board – 2400mm x 1200mm (69.12m², 24 Boards) is a high-performance rigid insulation solution designed to reduce thermal bridging and improve energy efficiency across floors, walls, and roof applications. Manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR), these lightweight and durable insulation boards provide excellent thermal performance while offering easy handling and installation on-site.
Celotex TB4025 features a low-emissivity silver foil facing that enhances thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces, helping to achieve lower U-values. With a thermal conductivity of just 0.022 W/mK and an R-value of 1.1 m²K/W, these boards provide reliable insulation performance while maintaining a slim profile where space is limited.
Designed with sustainability in mind, Celotex TB4025 contains eco-friendly blowing agents with low global warming potential and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). The boards are BRE Green Guide A-rated and suitable for projects requiring strong environmental performance credentials, including BREEAM assessments.
