The 24mm Plydeck PIR with OSB Flat Roof Insulation Board is a highly durable three-in-one insulation solution designed specifically for flat roof applications. Combining a high-performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core with a strong OSB reverse face , this board provides excellent thermal insulation, structural support, and a reliable decking surface in a single product.
With a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK and an R-value of 0.69m²K/W , the panel helps improve energy efficiency by reducing heat loss through flat roof structures. The aluminium foil face enhances thermal performance and acts as a protective vapour-resistant layer, while the OSB backing provides a durable surface suitable for roofing applications.
Designed for use with flat roofs, hot bitumen systems, and decking applications , the Plydeck PIR board offers a practical and efficient installation solution, reducing the need for multiple separate layers.
