Description
The 100mm Knauf Acoustic Insulation Roll APR – 296.64m² (24 Packs) is a high-performance acoustic insulation solution designed to reduce sound transmission through internal walls and floors. Manufactured from glass mineral wool, these insulation rolls help absorb noise and minimise sound transfer between rooms, making them ideal for self-build projects, conversions, renovations, and larger construction applications.
Knauf Acoustic Roll APR is designed for installation within partition walls and between floor joists, providing an effective sound absorption layer. The rolls are pre-cut to a convenient 600mm width, allowing easy fitting between standard joist and partition wall centres for faster installation.
This bulk pack of 24 packs is suitable for large-scale projects requiring extensive acoustic insulation coverage. With a manufactured density exceeding 10kg/m³, Knauf Acoustic Roll meets the requirements for absorption layers in Approved Document E and has been tested to meet sound performance standards for type B internal timber and metal stud partitions. It also provides excellent fire performance with a Euroclass A1 reaction to fire rating.
