The 200mm Celotex XR4200 PIR Insulation Board – 2400mm x 1200mm (34.56m², 12 Boards) is a high-performance rigid insulation solution designed for a wide range of applications including pitched roofs, flat roofs, solid floors, masonry walls, and steel or timber framed systems. Manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR), these insulation boards provide exceptional thermal performance while maintaining a lightweight and easy-to-install design.
Celotex XR4200 features innovative low-emissivity foil facings that improve thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces, helping achieve lower U-values and enhanced energy efficiency. With a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK and an outstanding R-value of 9.05 m²K/W, this insulation board delivers excellent insulation performance with reduced thickness compared to many traditional insulation materials.
Designed to meet demanding industry standards, Celotex XR4200 is BBA certified and achieves a BRE Green Guide A rating for sustainability.
