Description
The 183mm PIR and OSB SIP Structural Insulated Sandwich Panel is a high-performance construction board designed to provide exceptional thermal insulation, structural strength, and long-term durability for demanding building applications. Manufactured with a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core combined with two 9mm oriented strand board (OSB) facings , this panel delivers an advanced solution for energy-efficient construction projects.
With an excellent R-value of 7.50m²K/W and thermal conductivity values of 0.022 W/mK for the PIR foam core and 0.13 W/mK for the OSB facings , the panel provides outstanding insulation performance while maintaining excellent structural stability. The foil-faced PIR core provides an integrated vapour control layer , helping minimise moisture movement and protect the building structure.
Featuring a square-edge profile , the panel allows accurate installation using the butt joint technique. Suitable for roofs, walls, floors, and general construction applications , the 183mm SIP panel provides builders and contractors with a reliable high-performance OSB structural insulated panel manufactured by Custom made® .
