The 126mm Unilin XO/STP XtroLiner Soffit+ PIR Insulation Board is a high-performance structural ceiling insulation solution designed to provide outstanding thermal efficiency, fire performance, and durability for commercial and residential buildings. Manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam insulation , this soffit board delivers excellent insulation performance for structural ceiling applications where high thermal resistance is required.
With a low thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/mK and an impressive R-value of 5.70m²K/W , the XtroLiner Soffit+ provides superior thermal protection while maintaining an efficient board thickness. The board features a durable 6mm impact-resistant building panel finish , allowing decorative finishes to be applied where required. The foil-faced surface enhances vapour resistance and supports long-term insulation performance.
Providing a Euroclass B, s1-d0 fire classification and BBA certification (No. 12/4956) , this insulation board offers an effective thermal and fire performance solution for structural ceiling systems. Suitable for installation using timber battens or direct fixing to concrete , the 126mm XtroLiner Soffit+ is an ideal choice for high-performance ceiling insulation projects.
