The 106mm Unilin XO/STP XtroLiner Soffit+ PIR Insulation Board is a high-performance structural ceiling insulation solution designed to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency, fire performance, and durability in commercial and residential buildings. Manufactured from polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam insulation , this soffit board provides outstanding insulation performance for structural ceiling applications.
With a low thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/mK and an excellent R-value of 4.75m²K/W , the XtroLiner Soffit+ offers superior thermal resistance to help improve building energy efficiency. The board features a durable 6mm impact-resistant building panel finish , providing a suitable surface for decorative finishes where required. The foil-faced design enhances vapour resistance and contributes to long-term insulation performance.
With a Euroclass B, s1-d0 fire classification and BBA certification (No. 12/4956) , this insulation board provides an effective thermal and fire performance solution for structural ceilings. Suitable for installation using timber battens or direct fixing to concrete , the 106mm XtroLiner Soffit+ is ideal for high-performance ceiling insulation systems.
